Growth Guys shipping in Canada: time, cost and delivery
Checked October 26, 2026 against the Growth Guys FAQ and my own checkout and order.
Short answer: Growth Guys ships within Canada only, with Canada Post, in plain packaging. Checkout quotes 2 to 3 business days and my own order arrived in 1 to 3. Shipping is $20, or free at a $350 subtotal.

Tracking
When your order ships, the tracking number is emailed from orders@growthguys.com. If it has not arrived within one business day of your order confirmation, check your spam folder, then contact the vendor with your order number. Order confirmations come from the same address.
Plan for the signature
Because the option I saw needs a signature, pick an address where someone can receive it, or use a PO box or FlexDelivery location. Add any unit or buzzer number at checkout, since a missing one is a common cause of delays.
If your parcel is late or missing
- If tracking says delivered, check with your household, neighbours, building front desk and community mailbox, and look for a Canada Post card.
- If you still cannot find it 2 days after the delivery date, or tracking has not updated for 5 business days, contact the vendor with your order number.
- Where a parcel is confirmed lost, the vendor says it may reship at its discretion.
Will the charge look different on my statement?
Checkout warns that your bank or card statement may show a different merchant name and product names, and says this is normal. Worth knowing so you do not mistake it for a wrong charge.
